A lot Goes Wrong
Hey Collective,
Let’s pause for a moment this week and get honest with ourselves.
How many times have you felt like you’re doing everything right—but the results just aren’t showing up yet?
How often have you been in that space where progress feels invisible, and all you can see are the things that didn’t go according to plan?
It’s a tough place to be… But it’s also where real growth lives.
The truth is, a lot will go wrong before everything starts to go right.
And that’s not a failure—that’s the process.
Some days will feel like nothing but setbacks. You’ll stumble. You’ll question your efforts. You might even think about quitting. But underneath all of that is something deeper: the building of discipline, the practice of patience, and the quiet formation of a stronger version of you.
Think about it:
How many lessons have you learned because something didn’t work?
How many times did you get better just by sticking with it one more day?
Failures, mistakes, and missteps aren't signs you're doing it wrong. There are signs you're doing it at all. Most people don’t even make it that far. They give up when things get uncomfortable. But you're still here. You're still showing up.
And that matters.
So this week, when things feel hard—when your patience is tested and your motivation wavers—remember: you're in the thick of becoming. Not the polished, perfect version you imagine, but the gritty, real one who earns their way forward.
Ask yourself:
What am I learning from what didn’t go as planned?
What would it look like to trust the process, even when I can’t see the payoff yet?
Am I willing to keep going, not just when it’s easy, but especially when it’s not?
Because here’s the truth: good things take time. And while the journey may be longer, messier, and more frustrating than you hoped—it will also be more meaningful.
You're not behind. You're building.
Keep going. We're in this together.
With Strength and Patience,
Charlie
