  • I love this place, and they're not kidding when they say, "We love beginners." Every single trainer I've worked out there is great and willing to adjust things based on skill level. The morning circuit training with Charlie is a great way to start your day.-Jennifer W

All instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to get to know each member of their class to help tailor to individual skill level.   • Love this gym!!! I moved to the area a couple of months ago and was lucky enough to find this place doing a Google search of gyms in the area. The classes and trainers are excellent. There are a variety of class times and types of classes. It's really nice having classes early in the morning so you can get a workout in before work. All of the trainers and other members are very welcoming and supportive. I can't recommend this gym enough!- Hannah M

Each trainer brings their own style and expertise. I recommend you work with various trainers because each one will challenge your body differently.   • I love working out at WTC. All of the trainers are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and offer fantastic workouts. I used to dread going to my old gym but now I actually look forward to it. Every class is different, you're never repeating the same old thing. Every skill level and body is welcomed. The instructors will always tailor each exercise to your ability, no matter how full the class. I highly recommend giving WTC a try. -Jesse V

  • So far I've done Hybrid Happy, Strong AF, and slow flow yoga. I'm loving all the variety of classes here! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff to keep me motivated, beautiful and clean new space, positive and uplifting community of like minded people who just want to be healthy. What's not to love? Definitely check them out if you're looking for a new place to work out. All levels and all bodies are welcome - so glad to be a part of the WTC family and watch this place grow!- Lauren R

  • love the times and varieties of classes. I have tried new things that I've fallen in love with because of the instructors. They take the time to make sure you're doing the movement correctly, and give great tips and tricks on how to best work a movement. The online booking system is easy, everyone is friendly and uplifting. So glad I found this gym. -Jen S

  • I liked the class. It was challenging and invigorating. The instructor, Megan, was kind and offered modifications according to skill level. As a side note, I'm a plus size woman looking to get healthier and I felt very comfortable at this fitness studio.

  • I've been attending classes for 5 months and am so grateful for this community! WTCF offers a variety of classes and each of the instructors are awesome, fun, engaging, and helpful to participants of varying abilities and needs. I'm a seriously uncoordinated goober who doesn't like to dance, but M.E.'s barre class (more just a fun dance-inspired workout) has me smiling along with sweating the entire class. So many class types, times, and instructors mean there is something for pretty much everyone. -Stacy D

  • This class rocked. It was a full on mobility and bone/muscle/joint education. I learned so much from Charlie about some specific pains and tight areas of my body I struggle with and left with practical home exercises to improve them. Charlie is very knowledgeable and motivated me to get working on some imbalances in my muscles and joints that we identified during the class. You get a lot more than you sign up for with this one!! Thanks Charlie!
