Join The Collective for an integrated 90-minute wellness experience designed to move you past the standard fitness routine and into a system of total-body resilience. We are partnering with local experts Nutriquity and Mindful Motion Physical Therapy to architect a session that covers the three essential pillars of capability:

The Three Pillars:

  1. (Nutrition): Led by Nutriquity, we dive into high-performance nutrition strategies. Learn how to properly fuel your system to sustain energy, improve recovery, and support long-term strength.

  2. (CNS & Mobility): Led by Mindful Motion Physical Therapy, this segment focuses on Central Nervous System (CNS) work and mobility mechanics. You’ll learn how to optimize your body’s internal "wiring" to move more efficiently and reduce the risk of injury.

  3. (Training): The session concludes with a signature Collective Workout. We take the fuel and the flow and put them into action with a high-energy, technical training session led by our expert coaching staff.
