Caesar Dressing

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or whipped Cottage Cheese

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste
