Catwoman

Catwoman has placed herself in the middle of a debate. Is she good? Is she bad? Wrong for the right reasons or right for the wrong reasons. Nonetheless, she is a very skilled at burglar. She’s stealthy, cunning, and has amazing agility. This is a bodyweight forward workout to challenge balance


1) Cat Cow Warm Up 2 mins

2)Donkey Kicks superset with Fire Hydrants 4 sets of 12-15/side

3) Bridge 3 sets 10-15 reps (with a hold on the last rep to failure)

4) Run in Place Burpees 2-4 rounds of 15-30 seconds

4) Leg Lifts 3 sets 10-15 reps (work on control)

5) Reverse Lunge to Kick 3 sets of 12-15 reps/side

6) Abduction work 2 sets of 10-12 reps/side

Balance work of some kind for 5 mins

  • Tree pose

  • Single leg work

  • Long Jumps to soft lands

  • Curtsy lunges

  • Anything that will be challenging over 5 mins
