Plastic Man
Plastic Man is a longstanding DC character with powers to stretch, fold, bend, and morph his body into any shape and size. So if he wanted to hide as a chair or a waste-paper basket you would never even know he was there. However, he is a powerful character that often times is characterize as a non-motivational, lazy hero. On that note, all exercises can be done from bed with a resistance band.
1) Chest Press/Chest Fly 4 sets of 15 reps
2)Banded Bicep Curls 3 sets of 15 reps
3) Leg Press 4 sets of 12 reps
4) Banded Triceps Pulldowns 3 sets of 15 reps
4) Banded Rows 3 sets of 15 reps
5) Banded Upright Rows 3 sets 12 reps
6) Abduction work 2 sets of 20 reps
Go for a run/walk. Look to add time or distance each time you run.
