Turkey Burger & Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
For the Burger:
4 oz lean ground turkey
1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin (bloomed in 1 tbsp cold water)
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs
1 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1 tsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chicken seasoning, ranch powder, Old Bay seasoning, Tony Chachere’s whatever!
Salt and pepper to taste
Whole-grain burger bun or lettuce wrap
Optional: Lettuce, tomato, onion for toppings
For the Baked Sweet Potato Fries:
1 medium sweet potato, cut into fries about 150g
1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
For the Burger:
Season the ground beef or turkey with salt and pepper.
Shape into a patty
Grill or cook the patty on a non-stick skillet until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Place the cooked patty on a whole-grain burger bun or lettuce wrap.
Add your preferred toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion.
For the Baked Sweet Potato Fries:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries:
In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
