Rhino

The Rhino is a classic villain in Marvel Comics, primarily known as an enemy of Spider-Man. His real name is Aleksei Sytsevich, a Russian thug who underwent an experimental procedure that bonded a near-indestructible suit to his body, giving him superhuman strength, speed, and durability. The suit resembles a rhinoceros, complete with a horn on his head, which he often uses to charge through obstacles (and sometimes people).

Despite his brute force and intimidating presence, Rhino is often portrayed as a more tragic character — not especially intelligent and frequently manipulated by smarter villains. Over the years, he’s evolved from a simple muscle-for-hire to a character with deeper emotional struggles, particularly in stories exploring his desire for a better life.

He’s a recurring foe for Spider-Man and occasionally clashes with other Marvel heroes like the Hulk.
