Ingredient List

  • 1 Count Jiffy Cornbread Mix

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 Stick Butter or butter sub

  • 1 Can Creamed Corn

  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn

  • 1/2 Diced Onion

  • 1/2 Diced Bell Pepper

  • 1 Heavy Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Melt Butter in 9x13 pan

  3. Mix all other ingredients in the same pan. Mix it real good

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes. The edge will turn that crispy brown we all like.
