- 1 pound lean 96/4 ground beef or turkey 
- 2 egg whites 
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives 
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 tablespoon onion dip mix 
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef or turkey, egg whites, chopped chives, minced garlic, onion dip mix, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. 
- Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside. 
- Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
