Juggernaut

Juggernaut is a dangerous character once he get going. He is able to generate almost infinite momentum and basically push through anything. So we get a push style workout

1) Barbell Bench Press 4 sets of 8 reps

2) Barbell Overhead Press 3 sets of 10 reps

3) Front Raises 3 sets of 15 reps

4) Push Ups 2 sets of 20 reps (can be broken in to 5 rep intervals)

5) Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12 reps

6) Triceps Pulldown 4 sets of 12 reps

5) Dips 2 sets of 15 reps
